Seasonal Ice Cream Classes

Learn everything you need to know to make delicious ice cream and sorbet at home.

In an intimate class setting, Carmela founder, Jessica Mortarotti, shares her secrets and tricks of the trade for making incredible ice cream at home using real, seasonal ingredients.

She will go over the basics of creating both ice cream and sorbet – with demonstrations and tastings of each. She will also discuss flavor inspiration and pairing ideas.

Our spring classes will focus on floral flavors - Lavender Honey ice cream & Raspberry Rose sorbet.

Classes are held at our Pasadena creamery and seating is limited, so reserve today!
